Restaurant and banqueting services was founded in  1997 , our main business activities being hospitality staff  recruitment and placement, being  provided on contract/ casual and or permanent basis, we are strategically situated to  service the whole of Gauteng and its surrounding areas as well as Western cape.



(a)   Permanent staff   Recruitment

Restaurant and banqueting services does permanent staff  recruitment for clients , how ever the recruitment procedures are as follows:

  • We get the client’s needs through a   job spec
  • We conduct the candidate  searches
  • Candidates are short listed for initial screening
  • Successful candidates are short listed for an  interview with the client
  • We conduct  qualification  checks
  • When the client makes the final  selection  decision ,we will generate the invoice
  • A 90 day guarantee   period is provided  is provided for   each placement.





(b) Temp/Casual/Function Staff

A team of casual/ function staff is available at short  notice. These assignees are screened to meet the client’s  specific requirements.

The client hence does not incur any recruitment  costs and only pays for the  hours worked  by the assignees, captured on  time sheets .

Special functions shall be taken to include , Weddings, Gala Banquets, Sporting events, Award ceremonies, Conferences, Festivals, Product launches, staff for such events  can be hired from us   from a minimum of 5   to 400 staff per function, staff are hired out   from a minimum of 5    hrs. staff categories are as follows:

Bartenders, Waiters,   Runners, Chefs,   Cooks,Grillers

Housekeepers,Wine steward,Cleaners,   Cashiers, till packers, Shelf packers Stock taking staff and Events security.
