DISPLINARY CODE

It is crucial that our company adapt your Disciplinary Code to the circumstances

under which the temporary and contract workers perform their duties. It is recommended that the disciplinary code be discussed and agreed to by both parties and form part of the agreement. Our Company’s standard Disciplinary Code incorporates by reference the Disciplinary Code you already have in place.

CONDITION UNDER WHICH STAFF REPLACEMENT WILL TAKE PLACE

Staff replacement will take place should any contract or temporary worker be

Dismissed, resign or become medically or Physically unable to perform his duties effectively. In addition should any worker consistently provide unacceptable service on the contract then such person will be removed from site. Under  the Labour Relations Act every employee whether permanent, casual  or contract has the right to a fair hearing and to avail himself of Industrial Relations  procedures as legislated by the state, before he may be removed from his employment.
