The Operation

Our company appoints highly trained and experienced teams of waiters, bartender, chefs, cooks guaranteeing that all function requirements pertain to waitron and bar service, are met with the highest of standards.

We at banqueting services take full responsibility for all staff bookings and ensure their punctual arrival and departure. All stuff are fully briefed and allocated before functions , allowing for a smooth and congruent running of operations.

Staff hours are captured and signed by the client on time sheets supplied by ourselves, which are used as proof of hours worked , for both the clients and staff .It however, must  be noted that al staff are booked for a minimum of 5 hours.

Restaurant and Banqueting is responsible for all client invoicing and staff payments, should the client wish to tip the staff, it is suggested that this be done at the function and in cash.
